※Applications for short duration (1 month or less) is
accepted from 1 month before moving in.

※Application for long term duration(more than a month) is
accepted from 2 months before moving in.

We will confirm your reservation via telephone/mail.

Application fee deposit.

• Short-term duration(1 month or less) :Rental fee(bank transfer).
• Long-term duration(more than a month) :Application fee of 20,000\
  (bank transfer).

※Applicationis official only after payments. Kindly make
　　payments withthin 1 (one) week of initial application.

※Once application is confirmed, it is taken as guarantee fee.
