  For monthly type contracts, payments are received at the beginning of every month.

After contract:

• 100% refundable when 7days(till 19:00 pm)before check-in.
• 50% of guarantee money and rent is refundable if cancelled 2 days(till 19:00 pm)before check-in.
• 100% is charged as cancellation fee other than above.

Fee received in advance as compensation in case of payment failure/damages.
• Less than a month: NIL
• More than a month: 20,000\ or above (In case of family type, additional fee is charged.)

　　*Guarantee　money　is　refunded　via　bank　transfer　after　14　days　of　vacating.
　　(Tenant bear bank transfer charges).

　　Delinquent charges(if applicabele) is separate.

Tenants are required to note that contracts are terminated and could be asked to vacate if found

indulging in following activies.

1. Neighbor disturbance
2. Use of room for other purposes.(criminal, prostitution etc or actibities against
   　　social/public morality or law and order)
3. Keeping pets without authorization.(Expect assistance dogs for physically challenged)
4. No of people staying are more than stated at the time of registration.
5. If occupant are other than the registered.
   　 (Please inform for any changes in personal contact No./applicant name).
6. Smoking in bed, mischief with fire extinguishers etc or any actions considered
   　　 in-appropriate by us.

＊Other caution points:

1. Cange of residential certificate or acquisition of parking space certificate
   　　 by tenant is prohibited.
2. Inquiries by any third party is not entertained.
3. Our facilities are also available to under-aged (below 18) provided contract is signed by
   　　either parent or on production of identity card. However, persons below 15 yrs of age are
   　　 not accepted.
4. We assume no responsibility for any theft/accident etc at parking lot.
5. Principally, pro-rate calculation (in case of mid-term cancellation) is not accepted. However, underneath are exceptions.
   　* If stay duration within contract period is at-least one month and notified 7 days before.
   　* If stay duration within contract period is at-least one month and penalty amounting to
   　　7 days equivalent is paid.
6. Take away of any provided amenities (including towel etc）is prohibited.
7. Penalty of 10,500\ is to be paid for loss of key. (Extra charges apply for keys of specific nature
